Butterfly Exercise:-
So the first exercise is Butterfly exercise. This is the most simple and easy exercise. Start this exercise by Sitting flat on flour. After it bring your feet near hips. Put the soles of feet together with each other. Hold them with your hands. Now apply knees with the ground and then lift up. Such as the wings of Butterfly flutter. Repeat this process again and again . This is your exercise.
180 Degree Exercise:-
Sit on four by spreading your legs left and right.When both legs straight like a line succumbed try to touch toes.
Climber Exercise :-
Lie Flat on the flour. Placing both hands on the floor near the chest, lift both legs up. Keeping the right leg straight, bend left leg and try to bring its knee near right hand. Do this same process with other leg.
Cobra Exercise :-
Lie straight on the flour. Now palms on flour and keeping the arms straight, Lift up the body as much as possible. During this process the the feet and knee should be down to the ground. Keep yourself in this position for 30 seconds minimum.
